Your participation as a program advertiser contributes to the cultural life of the community by supporting concerts, student ticket discounts, community programs, and emerging artists. Inclusion in our program promotes your business among our audience of 2,000 ticket holders throughout the season. In addition to the exposure to our concert audience, advertisers are listed on our website, promoted in an e-mail newsletter to our full database and to our Facebook friends.

Artwork Submission

Digital artwork files may be emailed to office@essexwinterseries.com or submitted online by using our contact form (click here). Please prepare files as high-resolution JPG, PDF or TIFF formats and limit file size to under 10 megabytes.

Or, if you can only provide hard copy of your ad, you can either make pickup arrangements with your ad representative or mail the artwork to:
