In the week following our 2022 Fenton Brown Emerging Artists Concert on March 20th, the Resurgam Quartet will be visiting schools and senior communities throughout our area as part of the Essex Winter Series Outreach Program. In a matter of days, more than a dozen venues will be visited by the group, offering entertainment and education to nearly 3,000 individuals.
This year – our 11th year of connecting with our community through music – will include a Master Class with these exciting, young saxophonists. Essex Winter Series has joined with Community Music School to present this learning opportunity, which is free for all to attend.
The performance takes place at 4 pm on March 22, 2022, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 109 Main Street in Centerbrook, CT.
FREE and open to the public.
In addition to partial funding as noted for the Master Class by the Community Foundtion of Middlesex County, our Outreach Program in Middlesex and New London counties is also supported by grant funding administered by CT Humanities (CTH), with funding provided by the Connecticut State Department of Economic and Community Development/Connecticut Office of the Arts (COA) from the Connecticut State Legislature and The Kitchings Family Foundation.
